Offer: A free standard front wiper pair will be supplied and installed with a windshield replacement or rock chip repair performed by Kirmac during the Promotion Period.
Participating Locations: Kirmac Collision & Autoglass locations in British Columbia (BC) that offer autoglass services. Availability may vary by location.
This document governs the promotional offer only. Use of the Kirmac website and online tools remains subject to Kirmac’s website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1) Eligibility
1.1 Offer valid for retail customers (insurance and self‑pay). Fleet/commercial accounts may be excluded at Kirmac’s discretion.
1.2 Replacement‑only. Offer does not apply to back glass, side glass, sunroofs, or other services.
1.3 One (1) free pair per vehicle (per VIN) during the Promotion Period.
1.4 Customer must book and complete the windshield replacement within the Promotion Period to qualify, unless a rain‑cheque is issued.
2) What’s Included / Not Included
2.1 Included: One (1) standard front wiper pair appropriate for the vehicle fitment; supplied and installed at the time of the qualifying replacement.
2.2 Not Included: Premium/beam, hybrid, winter, or specialty wipers; rear wiper blades; wiper arms or hardware; washer fluid; wiper motors; related parts or labour not expressly stated.
3) How to Redeem
3.1 Book a qualifying windshield replacement or rock chip repair service during the Promotion Period via kirmac.com/wipers, by phone, or in‑store.
3.2 The free wipers are installed at vehicle delivery after the windshield replacement is completed. No cash value. No credit if declined.
4) Insurance Claims & Payment
4.1 Offer value is provided by Kirmac and is not an insurer benefit.
5) Availability & Rain‑Cheques
5.1 Offer is while supplies last of standard wiper pairs at each location.
5.2 If standard pairs are temporarily out of stock at delivery, Kirmac may issue a dated rain‑cheque for one (1) standard front pair, redeemable no later than October 31, 2025 at the original servicing location (or a nearby participating location).
5.3 No substitutions. Rain‑cheques have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
6) ADAS / Camera Calibration
6.1 If the vehicle requires ADAS/forward‑camera calibration, it will be performed per manufacturer specifications.
6.2 The offer has no impact on ADAS requirements or timing.
7) Exclusions & Limitations
7.1 Not valid on prior purchases or work completed outside the Promotion Period.
7.2 Not valid with other discounts, coupons, or promotions unless expressly permitted in writing by Kirmac.
7.3 Offer is non‑transferable, not for resale, and has no cash value.
7.4 Kirmac reserves the right to verify vehicle ownership (VIN) and eligibility and to refuse redemption in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.
8) Warranties & Returns
8.1 Windshield replacement workmanship is covered under Kirmac’s Limited Lifetime Warranty (see repair order for terms).
8.2 Wiper blades are considered wear items and are covered only by any applicable manufacturer’s warranty; normal wear is not a defect.
8.3 No returns or exchanges on free items unless required by law.
9) Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected to administer this offer (e.g., contact details, vehicle/VIN, claim information) will be handled in accordance with Kirmac’s Privacy Policy.
9.2 By participating, you consent to Kirmac using your information to operate the promotion, coordinate service, and communicate about your appointment and related services.
10) Changes, Suspension, or Termination
10.1 Kirmac may modify, suspend, or terminate this offer in whole or in part at any time, including substituting items of equal or greater value, due to operational or supply constraints or for any reason, where permitted by law.
10.2 If the offer is terminated early, redemptions honoured prior to notice will not be affected.
11) Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirmac and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this promotion.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
12.1 These promotional Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
12.2 Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by law.
